We are seeking a highly professional and ambitious Advertising Representative with 2+years of advertising sales experience to join the OML team.

This position will be responsible for online advertising sales, including prospecting, consistent contact with clients and potential clients, and negotiating contracts with clients. The successful candidate will be a client-focused, driven, self-motivated individual who thrives under a fast paced environment.

Job Responsibilities include:

· Represent the company at client meetings

· Prospect, contact, qualify and close current and prospective customers.

· Achieve and exceed assigned revenue objectives selling online advertising.

· Develop a thorough understanding of OML and LGBT markets.

· Develop strategic proposals for clients

· Oversee trafficking and make sure ads run as scheduled.

· Maintain a solid relationship with existing clients.

· Participate in internal status meetings.

Job Requirements include:

2+ years of advertising sales experience
Must be Internet savvy and have a solid knowledge of MS Office and contact management software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Innovator, highly creative problem-solver
Confident and credible, trustworthy, detail-oriented
Very strong negotiating skills
Knowledge of the LGBT market and community
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to work on accounts independently and work as part of the team
